My journey to becoming a therapist started with my grandparents and watching my parents' selfless giving.
Though I initially explored other paths like accounting and computer science, nothing resonated until I returned to psychology, where a true passion ignited.
Therapy offered the human connection I craved while allowing me to help others and continually learn.
I find joy in every aspect of this work – the challenges, journeys, outcomes, and even the disappointments – each offering valuable lessons. This commitment to learning and growing alongside my clients continues to drive my practice today.
My approach to trauma therapy is collaborative and client-centered, focused on creating safety and trust. I use evidence-based methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help your brain process and heal from past experiences.
By tailoring each session to your unique story, we work together to reduce the impact of trauma, build coping tools, and support lasting healing and growth in your life.
